The skirt part is made from good quality cotton, while the waist band is soft T-shirt material, which fits snugly to your stomach - very flattering. I’m 5’ 8” and it sits just below my mid shin, true to size. I’ve washed several times with no fading. I tend to spray starch for a crisp finish"
