Albaray X Balance Me Prize Draw 2024

Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is open to UK entrants over 18 years of age only (Albaray staff members are excluded from the draw).
3. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
4. One entry per individual is permitted, share on story and tag us for a bonus entry.
5. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter
6. The prize draw will include those who have completed the following between 8th December to 15th December 2024.
7. To enter the prize draw - like our post, follow on Instagram @_albaray @balancemeskincare, tag a friend who’d love a confidence boost this winter in the comments. Share the post to your story and tag us @_albaray for a bonus entry. 

The prize
8. The prize is £500 to spend on albaray.co.uk and balanceme.com – £250 Albaray Gift Card and a £250 Balance Me Skincare Gift Card. 
9. The winner will be drawn at random.
10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 
11. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
12. The decision of Albaray regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement
13. The winner will be notified by direct message  from either the official Albaray Instagram account @_albaray or the official Balance Me Instagram account @balancemeskincare after the close date, 15th December 2024.
14. Albaray or Balance Me will attempt to contact the winner by direct message up to two times.
15. If the winner does not respond to the direct message's notifying them of their win within 1 day of the second direct message, they will lose their right to the prize, and Albaray reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Data protection and publicity
16. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Albaray for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
17. An announcement of the winners name and prize will be made via social media channels after they have been informed.

Limitation of Liability
18. Albaray does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.

General
19. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
