Delivery

• We provide FREE standard delivery on all UK orders over £100.
• For orders under £100 standard delivery is £3.95 or you can choose express delivery for £4.95.

EVRi Standard UK Delivery - £3.95

• Standard UK orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) via Evri to mainland UK.
• Orders placed by 8pm will be despatched within 1-2 business days
• We provide FREE standard delivery on all UK orders over £100.

EVRi Express Delivery  - £4.95

• Express UK orders will be despatched same day if placed before 8pm Monday-Friday and delivered via Evri on a 24 - 48 hour delivery service to mainland UK. EVRI delivers Mondays to Saturdays, but not on Sundays. Orders placed after 8pm or over the weekend will be despatched first thing on the next working day. Please note we are currently seeing delays to our deliveries to Northern Ireland, these delays are up to 72 hours from despatch.
• EVRi Full tracking by text (if you supply your mobile number at checkout) and email the day before and the day of your delivery
• Choose to leave with a neighbour, in a safe place or deliver to your local post office the day before or the day of your delivery
• No signature required

Royal Mail Express Delivery  - £4.95

• Express UK orders will be despatched same day if placed before 3pm Monday - Friday and delivered via Royal Mail on a 24 - 48 hour delivery service to mainland UK. Royal Mail delivers Mondays to Fridays only excluding Bank Holidays.
• Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be despatched first thing on the next working day (usually a Monday if it is not a bank holiday). 
• Please note we are currently seeing delays to our deliveries to Northern Ireland, these delays are up to 72 hours from despatch.

DPD Next Business Day Delivery - £6.95

• Next Day delivery orders will be despatched same day if placed before 3pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and delivered on the next business day via DPD to Mainland UK
• DPD Next Business Day orders are only delivered on Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
• If a Saturday delivery is required, please select DPD Saturday delivery
• Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be despatched first thing on the next working day (usually a Monday if it is not a bank holiday) to arrive on Tuesday (or the next working day). 
• DPD Full tracking by text (if you supply your mobile number at checkout) and email the day before and the day of your delivery
• Choose to leave with a neighbour, in a safe place or deliver to your local post office the day before or the day of your delivery
• No signature required

DPD Saturday Delivery - £9.95

• Saturday delivery orders to Mainland UK can be arranged for the coming Saturday if placed by 3pm the Friday before. 
• If the order is placed after the 3pm Friday cut off, it will be delivered on the Saturday a week later. 
• Please note, if Friday is a Bank Holiday, the cut off will be the previous business day

• We send all packages via reputed couriers. We partner with EVRi, DPD and Royal Mail for our deliveries and returns.
• Please note, we do not offer delivery service to PO Box or BFPO addresses.
• Certain UK postcodes may take an additional 24 hours for delivery: AB 31-38, AB 41-56, EI, FK 17-21, GY 9, HS 1-9, IM, IV, KA 27, KA 28, KW 0-14, KW 15-17, PA 20-78, PH 15-18, PH 19-29, PH 32-33, PH 45-48, PH 30-31, PH 34-44, PH 49-99, TR 21-25, ZE.

• Our parcels are only despatched on Monday to Fridays excluding Bank Holidays. 
• Order cut off times for despatch vary by courier, please see courier details above.
• UK Bank Holidays include New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Early May Bank Holiday, Spring Bank Holidays, Summer Bank Holiday, Boxing Day and Christmas Day. 
• Parcels may be delayed during peak periods including Black Friday and between Christmas and New Year.

Delivery costs will be calculated in Checkout based on your location and choice of Standard or Express delivery. All local Taxes and Duties will be included in the final price in Checkout.

Please allow an additional 1-2 business days (not including weekends and bank holidays) for us to prepare a package for international delivery.

Please note: customs clearance is completely beyond our control, as are any delays resulting from inspections by the customs authorities. If your order has not arrived by the expected date, we kindly request that you wait for another 10 – 14 business days, to allow for any customs inspections or possible postal delays in your area.
