Delivery

• We provide FREE Standard Delivery on all UK orders over £100 and FREE Next Business Day Delivery on all UK orders over £200.
• For all UK orders under £100, Standard Delivery is £4.95.
• Local Collect for £4.95 or Express Delivery for £5.95 is also available on all UK orders.

Royal Mail Standard UK Delivery - £4.95

• Standard UK orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) via Royal Mail to mainland UK.
• Orders placed by 8pm will be despatched within 1-2 business days
• We provide FREE standard delivery on all UK orders over £100.

Local Collect DPD Next Day Delivery  - £4.95

• Local Collect DPD Next Business Day delivery orders will be despatched same day to your local selected parcel shop if placed before 3pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and delivered on the next business day via DPD to Mainland UK
• Local Collect DPD Next Business Day orders are only delivered on Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
• Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be despatched first thing on the next working day (usually a Monday if it is not a bank holiday) to arrive on Tuesday (or the next working day).
• DPD Full tracking by text (if you supply your mobile number at checkout) and email the day before and the day of your delivery
• Parcels must be collected within 7 days or they will be returned to our warehouse.
• Local Parcel shop deliveries are a more sustainable choice, reducing carbon emissions by up to 32%.

Royal Mail Express Delivery  - £5.95

• Express UK orders will be despatched same day if placed before 3pm Monday - Friday and delivered via Royal Mail on a 24 - 48 hour delivery service to mainland UK. Royal Mail delivers Mondays to Fridays only excluding Bank Holidays.
• Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be despatched first thing on the next working day (usually a Monday if it is not a bank holiday). 
• Please note we are currently seeing delays to our deliveries to Northern Ireland, these delays are up to 72 hours from despatch.

DPD Next Business Day Delivery - £6.95

• Next Day delivery orders will be despatched same day if placed before 3pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and delivered on the next business day via DPD to Mainland UK
• DPD Next Business Day orders are only delivered on Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
• If a Saturday delivery is required, please select DPD Saturday delivery
• Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be despatched first thing on the next working day (usually a Monday if it is not a bank holiday) to arrive on Tuesday (or the next working day). 
• DPD Full tracking by text (if you supply your mobile number at checkout) and email the day before and the day of your delivery
• Choose to leave with a neighbour, in a safe place or deliver to your local post office the day before or the day of your delivery
• No signature required

• We send all packages via reputed couriers. We partner with EVRi, DPD and Royal Mail for our deliveries and returns.
• Please note, we do not offer delivery service to PO Box or BFPO addresses.
• Certain UK postcodes may take an additional 24 hours for delivery: AB 31-38, AB 41-56, EI, FK 17-21, GY 9, HS 1-9, IM, IV, KA 27, KA 28, KW 0-14, KW 15-17, PA 20-78, PH 15-18, PH 19-29, PH 32-33, PH 45-48, PH 30-31, PH 34-44, PH 49-99, TR 21-25, ZE.

• Parcels may be delayed during peak periods including Black Friday and between Christmas and New Year.

Delivery costs will be calculated in Checkout based on your location and choice of Standard or Express delivery. All local Taxes and Duties will be included in the final price in Checkout.

Please allow an additional 1-2 business days (not including weekends and bank holidays) for us to prepare a package for international delivery.

Please note: customs clearance is completely beyond our control, as are any delays resulting from inspections by the customs authorities. If your order has not arrived by the expected date, we kindly request that you wait for another 10 – 14 business days, to allow for any customs inspections or possible postal delays in your area.

Parcels are only despatched on Monday to Fridays between UK time of 9am to 3pm and exclude UK Bank Holidays.
