We hope that you love your items as much as we loved designing and creating them for you! However, if something's not quite right, register for a return below and we'd be happy to give you a refund.

UK Returns
Can I return my order?
We have a 30-day FREE return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For sale items, this decreases to 14 days.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- Please note: we do not accept returns of swimwear unless the hygiene seal is intact
How do I make a return?
In keeping with our sustainability commitments we have removed all paperwork from our parcels (hurrah!) - don't worry, it's still easy to make a return with us. Simply use the digital receipt emailed to you after placing your order or use the link here to head to our Returns Portal.
When creating your return, please enter your order number from your order confirmation email and the email you used to place the order. Your order number will look something like this #26004.
If you prefer not to use our FREE Returns portal, you can return your parcel at your own expense to:

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we now offer exchanges within our returns portal so you can easily swap your item/s for another size. Simply select this option within the portal and as soon as your return parcel is in transit to us, our warehouse will send out your replacement with free delivery.
If you want to exchange for a different item you can choose the SHOP NOW option within the returns portal, this will generate a Gift Card as soon as your return parcel is in transit. This will allow you to reorder your items without waiting for a refund to your original payment method.
I've lost my order number
Don't worry if you've lost your order number, our team are happy to help find this for you and assist in processing a return.
Please send an email to help@albaray.co.uk including:
- The email address you placed the order with
- The name of the item(s) you wish to return
What if item(s) in my order are damaged or missing?
Please inspect your order once it arrives and if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately at help@albaray.co.uk so that we can make it right! If an item is faulty we will offer a full refund.
When will my refund be processed?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and then let you know if the refund was approved.
- Please allow 2-3 working days from return for the order to get to us and a further 7 days for us to process the return and send you an email.
- Once approved, please note it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Store Returns
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns of purchases made in our stores via our web returns portal or posted directly to our returns centre. Purchases made in-store must be returned in the store you made the purchase. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Please be aware that we are also not able to accommodate returns of Albaray items purchased from our partners including John Lewis, M&S, Next, Fenwick and Boundary Mills. Returns must be made directly with the retailer.
Returns outside of the Returns Policy
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days of receipt as per the Albaray Returns Policy. Late returns outside of the 30 days return timeframe may either be returned back to the customer or refunded as Online Credit.
Please take care when trying on garments. Any damaged or dirty items may be accepted at Albaray’s discretion and may either be returned back to the customer or refunded as Online Credit.
Returning gifted items
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer gift receipts for online purchases.
If a gifted item is returned for a refund, the refund will be made to the original payment method and a confirmation email will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.
Returning items purchased using an E-Gift Card
Any refunds on products purchased using the gift card will be made onto the original E-Gift Card and are not available for cash refunds.
Selecting Store Credit in Exchange for a Refund
In our returns portal we are happy to offer store credit in the form of a Gift Card to spend on Albaray’s website in lieu of a refund. A Gift Card will be automatically emailed to you and will include an added bonus amount. Please be aware that this means you will not receive a refund on your payment method for example credit or debit card, PayPal or Klarna. If Klarna was the selected payment method, you will still need to pay off the remaining balance.

Please note: Once you have had your item/s altered it will no longer be eligible to return via our policy, but SOJO are dedicated to making the fit work for you. Albaray is not liable for any tailoring service carried out by SOJO.
British lsles Returns
How do I make a Return from Jersey or Guernsey?
We hope that you love your items as much as we loved designing and creating them for you! However, if something's not quite right, register for a return using our returns portal below and we'd be happy to give you a refund.
1. Go to our Returns Portal with your order number and email address. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email (which looks like #50000).
2. Select the items you wish to return and choose a reason for the return from the drop down menu.
3. Your returns label and form will be generated and emailed to you.
4. Package your items in the original packaging and include the Global E returns form inside the parcel.
6. Attach the return address label to the outside of your parcel and return via the selected carrier.
How do I make a Return from Isle of Man?

International Returns
All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of the order with the completed Online Returns Form enclosed. Items must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging with all Albaray garment tags and labels attached. We do not accept returns of swimwear unless the hygiene seal is intact. We will issue a refund for returned item(s) purchased online that are returned according to the Albaray Returns Policy.
