Albaray have partnered with Global E, experts in enabling merchants to sell globally in a localised manner to customers in more than 200 destinations worldwide. To shop simply select the shipping destination and currency using the country selector icon in the header of our website.

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please note that International orders will appear on your bank statement as GlobalE/ Albaray. Global-e is an international fulfilment service provider to Albaray as the merchant of record for international transactions.

Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man Deliveries
We ship to Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man on a Duties Unpaid basis. This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. Albaray cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.
We offer both standard and express deliveries as well as free deliveries depending on the order value. Estimated delivery options, costs and timings will be shown at the checkout. Please kindly note that this is an estimate and can change due to additional customs checks or carrier delays.

European Countries Deliveries
Shipping time of approximately 3 to 9 working days. Please allow time for your country's duties & customs to process your package.
We offer Standard and Express Europe delivery service across 24 countries on a Duties Paid basis:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Sweden
All prices for the above shipping destinations include local sale taxes and import duties. There will not be any additional charge upon the arrival of the parcel.
We ship to additional Euro Zone countries including Norway, Spain, Switzerland on a Duties Unpaid basis

Rest of World Deliveries
We ship to most countries outside Europe on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis (exception of Canada).
Countries include: Australia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, China, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Japan, Jordan, Korea (South), Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States

When will my refund be processed?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and then let you know if the refund was approved.
- Please allow up to 5 working days from return for the order to get to us and a further 2-3 days for us to process the return and send you an email.
- Once approved, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their side.
Which days of the week are parcels despatched?
Our parcels are only despatched on Monday to Fridays between UK time of 9am to 5pm and exclude UK Bank Holidays.
UK Bank Holidays include New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Early May Bank Holiday, Spring Bank Holidays, Summer Bank Holiday, Boxing Day and Christmas Day.
Parcels may be delayed during peak periods including Black Friday and between Christmas and New Year.
Where is My Order?
It can take between 1-4 business days (not including weekends and bank holidays) for us to prepare a package for international delivery.
Once your order ships, you will be sent an auto-email containing tracking information.
There is no guaranteed delivery date for orders sent via postal services.
Delivery dates quoted at checkout are an estimation only.
Courier Deliveries: Standard couriers can take up to 48 hours to generate information to their tracking website. If there has been no update on the tracking information for more than 5 business days, please let us know so that we can open an investigation with the shipper.
Airmail Deliveries: There is no guaranteed delivery date for orders sent via postal services. Delivery dates quoted at checkout are an estimation only. Packages shipped via tracked mail (as opposed to an express courier services) do not provide continuously updated tracking information. Once the package arrives in your country/location, it will be passed on to an internal postal service.

If your order has not arrived by the expected date, we kindly request that you wait for another 10 – 14 business days, to allow for any customs inspections or possible postal delays in your area.
Should the order still not arrive by this time, please contact us so that we can open an investigation with our shipping partner.
My package is stuck in customs
Customs clearance is completely beyond our control, as are any delays resulting from inspections by the customs authorities.
As only the recipient of the package can make an inquiry with the local customs authorities, for any details regarding the process and its due date, we kindly ask you to contact them directly using the tracking reference number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Returns
All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of the order with the completed Online Returns Form enclosed. Items must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging with all Albaray garment tags and labels attached. We do not accept returns of swimwear unless the hygiene seal is intact. We will issue a refund for returned item(s) purchased online that are returned according to the Albaray Returns Policy.
How do I make an International Return?
We hope that you love your items as much as we loved designing and creating them for you! However, if something's not quite right, register for a FREE return using our returns portal below and we'd be happy to give you a refund.
1. Go to our Returns Portal with your order number and email address. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email (which looks like #50000).
2. Select the items you wish to return and choose a reason for the return from the drop down menu.
3. Your returns label and form will be generated and emailed to you.
4. Package your items in the original packaging and include the Global E returns form inside the parcel.
6. Attach the return address label to the outside of your parcel and return via the selected carrier.
How quickly will I receive my refund?
Please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method, once the order has reached our UK based Returns Hub and has been inspected.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately we're unable to offer exchanges for international orders. If you need a different size, you'll need to return your original order and place a new order.
What if item(s) in my order are damaged or missing?
Please inspect your order once it arrives and if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately at help@albaray.co.uk so that we can make it right. If an item is faulty we will offer a full refund.
