Store Manager – Bath
The Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at our new Albaray store located in Bath, due to open in April 2024.
Our store manager will be an ambassador of the Albaray brand. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a highly capable leader and a passionate team player who will confidently support their team to provide an unforgettable Albaray in-store experience.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the store
- Managing sales, staff and stock levels
- Managing the store's budget and maximising profits
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Monitoring and managing retail loss prevention
Qualifications
- Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Experience in store management
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention techniques
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Experience in visual merchandising and inventory management
- A positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for Albaray and our core values
