Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age (Albaray staff members are excluded from the draw).
3. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
4. One entry per review is permitted, upload an image or video within your review in your Albaray purchase for two extra prize draw entries.
5. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter
6. The prize draw will include those who have completed the following from 27th March 2024, continuing on an ongoing monthly basis. 
7. To enter the prize draw - submit a review on our external review site Yotpo from the link in your review request email or by clicking the 'write a review' button on the product page. For two extra entries, upload an image or video of you in your Albaray purchase within the review.

The prize
8. The prize will be a £100 e-voucher to spend at albaray.co.uk only – valid for 12 months. 
9. One winner will be drawn at random, on an ongoing monthly basis. 
10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 
11. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
12. The decision of Albaray regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement
13. The winner will be notified via email in the first week of the month after completing a review. 
14. Albaray will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
15. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Albaray reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Data protection and publicity
16. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Albaray for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
17. An announcement of the winners name and prize will be made via social media channels after they have been informed.

Limitation of Liability
18. Albaray does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.

General
19. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
