"The strap hooks at the back haven't been sewn on correctly, so they twist rather than lie flat. This makes the dress look untidy and, more importantly, makes it uncomfortable to wear. The strap adjusters are also too loose, so the straps continually slip and need to be readjusted. I'm really disappointed because otherwise it's a lovely dress."
