My granddaughter asked if you possible to return. I was told we will do an exchange. We doubt this is from our end of majorly. I was not expecting to receive the 14 size prior to Christmas, but ironically and surprisingly it’s arrived the day before Christmas eve how many companies would that so quickly so near to Christmas hazard to guess"
