"Love this kilt. Modern cut & details. Sized up so it hangs a bit lower on the hip. But…. arrived so creased that the ‘knife pleats’ weren’t even visible in some sections so I arranged an exchange. Customer services tell me that they have pressed remaining stock so acknowledge a problem. Exchange process so slow that it is now out of stock in my size & so I guess I’ll need to look elsewhere for my Traitors look. Very disappointed in my first order from Albaray. Shocked that they would send items out in such a poor state."

"Just like the previous review, my black watch kilt too was very badly creased. I was offered 20% off to keep it or an exchange. I decided to exchange as not confident that after I ironed it, which would have been extremenly difficult with all those pleats, that it would not crease badly again on wearing or with washing. Unfortunatley, like the previous reviewer, my size was out of stock even though I had been assured that one the same size would be kept aside for the replacement. The customer service team seemed very helpful and polite, unfortunately, each email was answered by a different person who did not know the history of the previous communications. I have not been put off trying Albaray again, as I am impressed with their eco credentials, but it is extremely disappointing that the kilt, which fitted perfectly, was in such a poor condition, and that no replacement was available. A plus point however was that the refund for the kilt and other items I returned were processed very quickly."
