We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all UK orders over £75 and FREE Next Business Day Delivery on all UK orders over £200. For UK orders under £100, Standard Delivery is available for £4.95. Alternatively, you can choose Local Collect for £4.95 or Express Delivery for £5.95 on any UK order.
We also ship Internationally, duties and taxes will be calculated at Checkout so rest assured you won’t have to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.
Refunds
We have a 30-day returns policy for both UK and International orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exchanges
We now offer exchanges for UK orders only within our returns portal so you can easily swap your item/s for a different size.

"Nice-ish but not for me. Too much synthetic material, I'm just not up for wearing synthetics anymore and though it was just the outer shell it didn't work for me. Shame as I love the design and the colour but the material made me send me send it back."
"This top did not suit or flatter me however, I was unable to return it for a refund due to the Albaray policy in play when you "trade in" items previously purchased from them. I purchased this top using a credit note I obtained on two items I sent them via Thier roved scheme. However please be aware that if you need to refund or replace an item because it's not right for you, you cannot do this with them as the credit cam only be used in a single transaction. In the end I kept this item and gave it to a friend rather than lose the credit and the two items I'd sent back! Poor policy and so disappointing to lose trust in a company I have supported with my purchases for the last two years. I'm no longer a customer"
