"I paid £7. 50 for next day delivery on Friday as I was going on holiday on the Tuesday and needed the dress to take with me. It did not arrive. My cat feeder found the dress later in the week outside the patio doors at the back of the house in a pool of water. Luckily the dress seems unharmed but I am disappointed and cross at both the dress not arriving next business day and the sloppy delivery. This is my first dealing with you as a company and puts me off using you again."
