"First-time customer. Send the wrong flaming skirt. And it was damaged. Was easy to sort, but just so annoying as had to send pics, explain scenario, wait for reply, download code, and still trying to find time to go to post office. Time will tell whether I get full postage refund now. . ."
Faulty item in wrong colour
"I ordered this skirt but unfortunately I was sent the wrong one - a black skirt instead of this navy one. The skirt I received had two holes down the front. Albaray charged me 2. 95 for the return although it was their mistake and returning a faulty item is a right, not a service. I have decided not to order from Albaray again."

As I'm only 5ft 3in I need need to take them by 2in but they are so we'll made it was a cinch to do. So happy with these, i will be wearing them again and again!"
