Can I return my order?

We have a 30-day FREE return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For sale items, this decreases to 14 days.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • Please note: we do not accept returns of swimwear unless the hygiene seal is intact

How do I make a return?

In keeping with our sustainability commitments we have removed all paperwork from our parcels (hurrah!) - don't worry, it's still easy to make a return with us. Simply use the digital receipt emailed to you after placing your order or use the returns link below - all you need is your order number.

  • There are 3 simple and free options for your return:

    1. Parcel Shop Drop Off (no printer required) - book your return below and a QR code will be generated to print your label at your nearest Parcel Shop, find out your closest drop-off point here.

    2. Locker Drop Off (printer required) - book your return below and a label will be generated for you to print at home ready to be dropped off at your nearest Parcel Shop Locker, find out your closest Locker drop off point here.

    3. Courier Collection (printer required) - book your return below and choose the Courier Collection option. A label will be generated for you to print at home for you to attach to your order.

What if item(s) in my order are damaged or missing?

Please inspect your order once it arrives and if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately at help@albaray.co.uk so that we can make it right!

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. Want to order a different size? Please return your item and place a separate order.

When will my refund be processed?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and then let you know if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
