Store Returns Policy
Albaray are happy to refund within 28 days for any unsuitable items provided they are in a resalable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For swimwear this means the hygiene seal must also be intact.
Proof of purchase is required with every refund or exchange. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Purchases made in-store must be returned in-store only and cannot be returned using our online returns portal.
