The Golden Ticket promotion runs on Tuesday 9th December with one Golden ticket added to a single parcel.
Eligibility:
- This promotion is open to all customers placing an order on albaray.co.uk during the promotion period.

Only one order per day will be randomly selected to receive a Golden Ticket.
Golden Ticket Prize:
- The Golden Ticket entitles the recipient to a full refund of their order total (including standard delivery charges, if applicable).
- The Golden Ticket is non-transferable and only applies to the specific order in which it is found.
- No previous or subsequent orders are eligible for reimbursement.
How to Claim:

Customers who receive a Golden Ticket must contact the Albaray Customer Service team to confirm their win.

Once verified, Albaray will process a full refund to the original payment method used for the order.
Returns:
- If a Golden Ticket winner chooses to return any or all items from their order, they must contact Customer Service.

Instead of a refund, an Albaray e-gift card for the total order value will be issued once the return is received and processed.
