"Overall this jacket is well made and of high quality and the detachable gilet is a clever idea. However I found it a bit too thick for the style of coat I was looking for decided to return. . . . well it's been over 2 weeks now since I've had confirmation that my return has been delivered and I've had no notification or email from Albaray about processing it. I've emailed and WhatsApp to chase and STILL no response. Terrible service and reluctant to shop here again unless it's sorted asap"

"The jacket was warm. I didn't like the hanging drawstrings at the bottom, and the length wasn't quite right for my height. Mine arrived with some discolouring around the hood which I wasn't sure if was from how it had been stored."

"Love this coat - looks great with chunky jumper and jeans. Unlike any other coat in my wardrobe - hood useful if starts to rain & removable gilet adds extra warmth at this time of year. A little large on sizing but if I’d gone down a size would’ve been tight with a big jumper so usual sizing was right for me. Bought on sale so great value . Classic Albaray take on the parka."
