We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all UK orders over £100 and FREE Next Business Day Delivery on all UK orders over £200. For UK orders under £100, Standard Delivery is available for £4.95. Alternatively, you can choose Local Collect for £4.95 or Express Delivery for £5.95 on any UK order.
We also ship Internationally, duties and taxes will be calculated at Checkout so rest assured you won’t have to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.
Refunds
We have a 30-day returns policy for both UK and International orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exchanges

"Ordered in a 10, I’m a 10/12 normally. Sadly it didn’t do anything for me colour or shape wise and I was expecting a slightly heavier weight fabric, it felt like the style of a winter dress but in lighter fabric than I wanted. I also ordered a long pleated denim dress from the sale, which I LOVE for it’s thickness and heavy weight so kept that instead."

"Really like this dress. It's just dressy enough to go out to lunch with friends then onto an evening do. Equally good with boots or with heeled court shoes and, probably, with canvas pumps. The material is a good weight for cotton so it hangs well without being too hot. The only thing I would say is that I never know which size Im going to be in Albaray. I have dresses in a 10, a 12, a 14 and a 16 and they all fit perfectly! I ordered a 12 and a 14. In the end I went for the 14 here so that the skirt was more lavish and hung better."
