"When buying another longer coat I saw this and after a few days of contemplating I went ahead and ordered, size 14 arrived, the coat was a gorgeous chocolate colour, soft to the touch so was excited to try on, sadly had to return as it fitted everywhere perfectly apart from the sleeves, sadly these were far to big and made my arms look huge from shoulder to wrists, have thought about a 12 but as the fit everywhere was just as it should fit for a loose fit and style I probably won’t, the other coat was great and was very happy with it ."
