"The dress could have been lovely if it had fit. This rating is regarding a very poor experience with customer service and the returns process. The dress I ordered was too large, so I arranged to return it along with another item in my order. Upon receipt of the return, I received a refund for only part of the order with no communication regarding why. I then had to initiate an inquiry with Albaray to get the rest of the refund, which was ultimately denied. Apparently the warehouse staff said there were marks on the dress. I do not agree that any such marks were caused by me as it was only tried on and then immediately returned. In any case, the poor communication was frustrating and time-consuming to deal with, and I will no longer be shopping with Albaray."
