We also ship Internationally, duties and taxes will be calculated at Checkout so rest assured you won’t have to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.
Refunds
We have a 30-day FREE returns policy for both UK and International orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exchanges

My every day (and night) jewellery ✨
I got my first racheljacksonjewellery necklace over 10 years ago when I was leaving my London job in magazines and my colleagues bought me a voucher which I spent on a necklace engraved with my birthdate. My current stack is a rotation of a t bar necklace, a star sign (proud Sag 👋) and amulet with Emmy and Ellis’s birthstones inside and I feel so grateful I now get to work with a brand I’ve loved and bought from for so many years
